Job Description* Completes regular forecasting and planning for a number of relevant indicators (e.g. turnover, production, inventories, changes in inventory, capital expenditure requirements,  etc.). * Analyzes, controls and reports on relevant KPI (e.g. productivity, profitability, ExW ACtivity, Production Coverage... etc.), detects and evaluates plan deviations, and derives recommendations for respective remedial measures. * Performs qualified cost-and-profitability analyses for specific business cases (i.e. product launches, relocations, review of vertical range of manufacturing, etc.) to prepare respective alternative decisions. * Implements supplier forecasts RMF and follows weekly. *Leading the AWR in coordination with PRO, M. ENG, & Q  to have the best cost and sourcing for each project when the project is activated. * Analyzes and controls Planning processes (e.g. Cycle Time,  On-time delivery, KPI of effectiveness, productivity, etc.), in order to detect process weaknesses and to start process improvements. * Maintains a network and cooperates with all involved stakeholder in the respective processes. Additional Job Description1. Monitoring the short term planning: In coordination with ME TO assure ST and plan. 2. SBA: Analyze SBA plan & cost in coordination with PLA R. 3. S&OP: Review S&OP, giving the best sourcing for each project WW. 4. AWR Process: Lead AWR process giving all project information WW. 5. KPIs:Produced and analize KPIs for PLA TO WW.

Requirement：

-At least 3 years working experience as demand planning in manufacture industry

-Advanced in English
