Responsibilities:
- Design, Development and Unit testing on new products and new features.
- Collaborate with other product teams in US/Israel/China to conduct solution level design
- Delivery on time with/exceeding high quality.
- Software maintenance and enhancement with timely response

Requirements:
? BS or MS degree, preferably in computer science, software engineering, electronics engineering or telecommunications
? 5+ years software development experience
? Strong knowledge and skills in C++ programming on Linux server
? Strong knowledge and skills in VOIP domain programming including H323/RTP/RTCP
? Strong knowledge and skills in Audio/Video technology such as H264/OPUS
? Excellent Object-Oriented Analysis and Design experience
? Experience with software version control tool, such as Git/Subversion
? MUST have good work style and good communication skills

Experiences that apply for one or more items listed below is highly preferred
? Knowledge and experience of docker technical development
