Position: Financial Statement

Division: Finance

Location: Beijing

Scope, objective and relevance of position:

This position ensures consolidated financial statements of VCIC, and financial reports to VWAG. Consolidation scope includes all VW China entities

Key Tasks:

Consolidate financial statements

• Ensure VCIC consolidated financial statements to VWAG;

• Analyze/reconcile financial results of VW China entities;

• Align accounting treatments with auditors;

• Identify GRC accounting risks;

• Negotiate audit fees, scope, etc with auditors

Participate of new investment project

• Provide consultations to newly investment project about accounting issues;

• Support newly invested entities to establish accounting function;

• Contribute to setup new accounting

Implement accounting guideline

• Study both IFRS/CAS accounting standards;

• Compare IFRS/CAS accounting standards difference;

• Develop IFRS/CAS difference adjusting methods;

• Stipulate accounting guidelines;

• Organize regional new guideline training;

• Coordinate and consult VW China entities’ guideline application problems

• Improve IT systems to ensure accounting guidelines followed.

Lead monthly closing activities

• Make sure the accuracy, timeliness and completeness of financial statements;

• Monitor and review team’s closing procedures (revenue, tax and payment, etc)

• Analyze account balances;

• Set monthly/quarterly/yearly closing schedule;

Verification of all VW China entities

• Ensure accounting guidelines are correctly applied;

• Analyze/reconcile financial results;

• Follow up with management report provided by auditors;

• Align with auditors

Payable accounting

• Check and approve payment requests;

• Analyze open items

Qualification and skills:

• University graduate;

• 5+ years professional accounting and tax experiences with MNC finance division;

• Certified Accountant, CICPA is a plus;

• Good command of English/German;

• Strong communication skills

• Good analytical skills

• Reliable, Good team work spirit

• Sense in keeping confidentiality

• Able to work under pressures

• Quick learner
