岗位职责

-汇报给高级财务经理

-根据集团的财务报表披露需求，负责集团下属中国香港和中国公司报表的编制及出具  

-负责月度结账，并准备月度资产负债表对账 

-负责季度现金流预测和管理报告出具，例如关账前/后核对、减值评估等。 

-确保全套账务的合规性

-协调进行年度外部审计

-完成上级交付的临时工作及其他任务

  

任职资格

-会计或金融本科以上学位，至少5年工作经验，咨询和在线电商行业背景优先

-在会计和财务报告方面有丰富的经验，有新财务报告准则经验者优先

-有金蝶云星空操作和项目经验者优先

-较强的沟通和项目管理技能 

-良好的英语沟通能力

Primary Purpose:

  The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Accounting to...

  

-Report to Senior Finance Manager

-Responsible for Aventura Hong Kong & China GL accounting and financial reporting

-Perform monthly GL closing activities, financial reporting (local GAAP), and prepare balance sheet reconciliation

 -Perform quarterly cash flow forecast and management reporting, e.g. pre/post-closing deck, impairment assessment, etc.

-Ensure compliance internally & externally

-Coordinate with stakeholders for annual external audit

-Any other ad hoc assignment as required

  

The accomplished individual will possess...

-Degree in Accountancy, Finance, with at least 5 years working experiences,  consulting & online trading industry background preferred

-Extensive experiences in accounting and financial reporting, experience with new IFRS highly preferable

- Hands on experiences in Kingdee Cloud is a plus

-Strong communication and project management skills

-Proficient in English for both written and oral
