职位描述
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Be in charge of OTC Process for responsible customer lines;
PO maintenance in system, customer demand updates, delivery coordination, AR monitoring, etc;
Multiple operational processes and work closely with the account team to ensure the overall delivery of account objectives.
Requirements:
Associate’s Degree equivalent or above;
3-4 years CS related work experience for key accounts in Customer Service, Marketing, Electronics, High-tech, IT industry and desired skills as below listed;
Work experience with conflicts management or risk control;
Work experience in a planning or logistics role;
Working familiarity with issues related to foreign trade, customs, finance etc
Experience working internationally or with different cultures background; Strong coordination & communication skills for good team work result;
Ability to interact and build effective relationships with customers & internal contacts;
Working under pressure with process-driven & problem-solving skills;
Fit with Corning culture/stability in role
