The Project Supervisor provides subject matter expertise and works with a R&D team of IVD Reagent to ensure Fluotek continue to perform with new products, advance project progress, promote product optimization and listing, and quality/registration/production departments.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the research and development of reagents, including technical research, construction and optimization of technical processes.
2. Responsible for the project management of the R&D cycle, ensuring the experimental progress and safety supervision of project members.
3. Responsible for product management, collect the latest industry information and feedback in time, make adjustments or improvements.
4. Responsible for process optimization, product selection and confirmation of raw materials, accurately record R&D data, and update the database.
5. Effective communication and cooperation with production department, quality department and other departments to improve products.
6. Pay attention to the frontier development of in vitro diagnostic industry information and related fields, and understand industry applications and industrialization.

Requirements:

1. Master's degree or above, biology/biotechnology/bioengineering/biochemistry or other related background.
2. 3 years or more of experience in the development of related products in the in vitro diagnostic industry, experience in reporting three types of in vitro diagnostic reagents is preferred.
3. Have the ability to learn quickly, and be able to search and consult Chinese and English documents proficiently.
4. Good communication and coordination skills, and a certain team management idea.
5. Strong analysis and problem-solving skills, excellent planning, organization and coordination and goal management skills.

4. 负责工艺的优化、产品原料的筛选确认，完整准确地记录研发数据，更新数据库；
5. 与生产部门、质量部门等部门进行有效沟通和合作，不断完善产品；
6. 关注体外诊断试剂行业信息及相关领域发展前沿动态，了解体外诊断行业应用和产业化。

任职要求：

1. 硕士及以上学历， 生物学/生物技术/生物工程/生物化学或其他相关背景；
2. 3年及以上体外诊断行业相关产品的开发经验，具有三类体外诊断试剂报证经验者优先;
3. 具备快速学习能力，能熟练检索、查阅中英文文献；
4. 较好的沟通协调能力，有一定的团队管理思路；
5. 较强的分析与解决问题能力，优秀的规划、组织协调和目标管理能力。

优先录取：

1. 博士以上学历，对体外诊断行业有较大热情；
2. 熟悉产品开发流程和设计控制流程，了解体外诊断行业及相关法律和法规。
