Job Description:

    

Reporting to Digital Transformation Senior Manager, the job holder supports to develop advanced digital communication tools and optimize digital communication channels. Based on solid customer and Kitchen&Bath market understanding, provide initiative ideas for online campaigns, and keep closely interaction with target audience via social network sites.

    

    

·         Assist in developing and driving China digital plan in line with brand strategy, including but not limited to digital eco-system optimization, competitor tracking report, online consumer behavior study, etc.

    

    

·         Manage agencies to provide digital marketing trends and innovations, consumer online behavior and insight report, as well as competitors' activities reports

    

·         Manage China digital&social campaigns and supervise the campaign implementation and analysis.

    

·         Assist in managing and coordinating Owned Social Media platform management and program initiated, including communication and coordination with social media agencies, as well as internal teams.

• E-commerce support: Support EC content build up to keep consistent brand image online and offline and execution of marketing performance campaigns.

        

·         Support in Search Marketing and Official Website/mini-program maintenance: well maintain Kohler official websites and mini-program to meet business needs by coordinating agencies and internal parties.

    

    

Requirement:

    

? Above 5 years experience and track record in digital and social field.

    

? Good campaign planning and management skills, highly organized and detail oriented.

    

? Ability to work as both project owner and team member, effectively work under deadlines.

    

? Self-motivated, high self-study ability, high level of energy, strong sense of ownership

    

? Fluent in oral and written English.

    

? Experience in FMCG, beauty, luxury, social/ePR agency is a plus.
