SENIOR ANALYST, AUTO CONSUMER INSIGHT - CHINA

ABOUT THIS JOB

Apart from that, you will also be managing a client servicing team to ensure prompt delivery of service to the responsible clients in order to achieve the set financial objectives and other operational performance indicators.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with Quantitative / Qualitative research colleagues to service key clients

• Assist senior staff in delivering quality services to clients and ensure the services provided to clients are timely and precise according to client business needs and specifications and at the same time meeting the company's quality standards

• Ensure all proposals, methodologies and job specifications are in line with qualitative requirements and fit with client objectives

• Be directly accountable for work conducted for their nominated clients in terms of analyses, reporting etc.

• Assist in sales activities in conjunction with senior staff in terms of preparation of proposal and credential presentations

• Provide "in office" research, administrative and operational support to senior staff

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOU

As an Analyst in Auto Vertical, you will be responsible of maintaining a client service orientation by managing day-to-day administration of client service and coordinating on analysis and reporting of assigned qualitative research projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1-2 years experiences in consumer research, better with experience servicing major auto manufactures

• Consultative project experience in auto industry, FGD moderation experience and English qualitative report writing experience are a plus

• Sufficient knowledge of common Microsoft Office applications

• Good English skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing

• Responsible person with ‘can-do’ attitudes

• Strong logical mindset and good communication skill

• Good team spirit
