Responsibilities

- Provide project support to technology infrastructure deployment and application service launch in an enterprise environment

- Work in a centralized IT service organization to deliver project services to both peer IT teams and frontline business teams

- Provide guidance on changes, technology advancements, regulatory requirements and industry standard, or needs as specified by the business

- Resolve conflicts that may occur in deployment, service delivery, ensuring all parties, functional areas, partners and management understand expectations and work effectively to deliver expected outcomes

- Provide project management and actively manage project plan, deliverables, dependencies and outcome for selected project(s) as approved by senior management and key stakeholders. Ensure that the project goals and objectives are achieved within the project timeframe and guidelines established by the relevant stakeholders and management committees

- Identify and managing overall project dependencies and ensuring project deliverables stay on time, on target and on budget

- Define and manage overall project risk identification and mitigation process through interaction with project constituents and stakeholders

- Build credible relationships with colleagues, including project leadership, practices, functional and technical resources

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, ideally in computer science and information system discipline

- A relevant professional qualification such as PMP, CPA, CIMA, Prince2 Practitioner or other internationally recognised project management qualification 

- Minimum of 5 years of business experience with a track record of delivering projects in an enterprise environment, related to technology application service launch, compute/network/storage infrastructure deployment both on premises and on cloud

- Effective communicator in English, Putonghua

- A team player with the ability to deliver projects and collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams

- Ability to meet challenging milestones within time, cost and quality constraints 

- Efficient and pragmatic in delivering quality outcomes

- Experience with scheduling complex project interdependencies and good Project Office skills

- Driven and resilient to overcome challenges or setbacks to achieve the goals of the projects

- Ability to communicate with impact in an open, honest, consistent and articulate manner 

- Candidates with lesser experience will be considered for Assistant Project Manager
