• Contract or project control and coordination with other functional departments in different phases of project lifetime, including bidding, contract review, technical assistance, order handling, delivery, payment collection etc.

  To build a strong contract execution team in order to improve project and contract execution to increase the customer service satisfaction level.

1. List the essential functions and major activities in order of their importance

   Support sales with technical and commercial review of customer specification and terms & conditions, working with the commercial legal team to provide suggestion and comments to sales and customer based on SOP and DOA, meeting with customer and XYLEM requirement.

   Assist process orders with factories and follow up until orders are shipped, or alternatively work with order handlers to expedite orders.

   Follow up customer payment status on specific order and work together with sales team and finance team on payment collection progress.

   Communication on products and applications related with orders with overseas and local manufacturers and suppliers.

   Using project management concept and method to manage the contract execution.

A) Minimum professional and educational background desired (include years of experience)

• Education: Bachelor Degree, B.S. in Engineering preferred. PMP is optimal.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in relevant area

• Technical Proficiency in pumps or rotating equipment is a must, preferable building pumps.

• Excellent PC skills including, but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
