· You will be responsible for makingcold calls & company introduction email / meeting to promote company Brandand get LEADs for projects.

· You will be responsible for followingthe tender issues, including paper works, assigned by BD managers and maintainthe customer relationship throughout the whole project process.

· You will assist BD manger tocoordinate the internal project team.

· You will attend related events topromote company brand and broaden network with a range of stakeholdersincluding customers, suppliers and partner organizations.

· You will maintain and updatingcustomer databases, monitoring competitor activity.

· You will be responsible for organizing &attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions andexhibitions.

· You will resolve customer complaintsregarding sales and service.

What we expect

l You have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience working in abusiness development support role, marketing, project or administrativecoordinator role.

l You have strong communication, organization, and customer-serviceskills

l You have the ability to work both collaboratively and independently,and to perform effectively under tight deadlines

l You have experience working with architecture, engineering, interiordesign, construction, or project management firms.

l You have bachelor degree

l You have experience with Google Apps for Work and Microsoft Office

l You have oral and written language skills in English.
