What to Do:
?As a “translator” in the company to connect high tech. such as AI, big data, IoT etc. with business use cases, especially in new product/scenario development.
?Facilitate on internal strategy planning and business planning. Give business line directions when needed.
?Doing analytics to drive business insights under the coach of senior team members.
?Assist to run PMO to facilitate implementation.
?Work on a defined project team with 2 to 4 other consultants, owning a distinct aspect of the project.
?Working across various industries and topics, you will be challenged out of your comfort zone, significantly widen your scope of expertise and experience a steep learning curve both professionally and personally.
?Determines methods and procedures on new assignments with guidance.
?Take charge of identifying information sources, gathering and interpreting data, executing analysis, and presenting findings to team members.
?Interview internal employees, external clients, industry experts, competitors and cooperators—work that will become the basis of the project team's strategic recommendations.
?Build your network within the organization.
?After accumulating appropriate experience, take responsibility for supervising more junior Consultants.

Requirements:
?High-tech enthusiast.
?Entrepreneurship preferred.
?At least Bachelor degree and excellent academic record from leading universities.
?Good analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
?Good at cross-function communication and collaboration.
?Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
?Ability to communicate complex ideas efficiently & effectively – both verbally and in writing – in Mandarin and English.
?3+ years of business management or consulting experience with a proven record of high performance from consulting firms and top internet companies in China.
?Ability to work under stress with positive and ‘can do’ attitude.
?High level of agility, eager to develop new skills and areas of expertise.
?Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is MUST.
?Practical experience in using big data software ( e.g. SAS, Tableau, Alteryx etc) preferre
