岗位职责：

? Handle full spectrum of HR duties.

? Handle all work pass applications, renewal in accordance with Employment Act

? Preparation on relevant documents such as letter of appointment, employment verification etc.

? Maintain and update all employee records into the system, handle employee enrolling and resign process

? Investigate and/or escalate complaints brought forward by employees.

? Assist business in terms of HR Projects Planning

? Provides support on HR Policies formulation, government grants/surveys, claims, budgeting, employee benefits when needed.

? Coordinate with teams for company events or projects

? Other ad-hoc duties when assigned.

任职要求：

? Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related (essential).

? 2 -3 years of experience as an HR Generalist (essential).

? Deep understanding of Employment Act, HR functions and best practices.

? Efficient HR administration and people management skills.

? Ability to speak and write in both English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates

? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

? Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines.

? Superb computer literacy with capability in email, MS Office, and related HR software.

? Remarkable organizational and conflict management skills.

? Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

? Meticulous attention to detail

? Able to work both with ambiguity and minimum supervision
