职位描述
职责描述：
1、负责新项目（结构件）在研发各阶段的设计、选型可制造性评审和并与研发讨论问题关闭；
2、供应商品质管理：实施供应商辅导（供应商端品质数据监控,供应商制程辅导改善,供应商端品质保证体系辅导改善）；
3、负责制定和维护物料品质检验标准，编制、修改检验指导书并负责检验人员培训和考核；
4、负责对来料品质异常，生产过程物料品质异常和客诉物料品质异常处理，风险评估及改善；
5、对 MRB 物料进行定期判定处理；
6、负责主导供应商的定期审核；
7、协助资源部门导入新供应商，负责主导新供应商质量体系/过程审核；
8、其它上级领导交办事项；
任职要求：
1、大专以上学历，英语CET-4及以上水平，可以使用英语进行技术交流及沟通；
2、5年以上SQE 结构物料供应商管理经验；
3、熟悉结构类物料（包括塑胶件及五金冲压件）常见生产工艺和表面处理工艺，并能够独立分析和处理结构类物料常见品质问题；
4、具有ISO9001/ ISO14001 内审员资格证书优先；
5、吃苦耐劳，富有很强的责任心，工作认真仔细，积极主动，有良好的团队协作精神，抗压能力强。
