ABB Motors and Generators deliver a complete range of motors, generators and mechanical power transmission products for all industries and applications. We provide the highest quality and service to our customers all around the world, with a focus on helping to use energy more efficiently.

This is an Industry Management Manager role, reporting to the Marketing and Sales Manager in Business Area – Motion located in Shanghai, China.

- Monitoring the market trends and providing appropriate market information for long-to mid-term decision making.
- Driving the market segment specific products deployment, focusing on COG, Power, F&B, Marine industry.
- Creating and implementing the communication, promotion and training activities in the segment.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with design institute and end user in the target segment.
- Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

- A bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing/Engineering and MBA degree would be a plus.
- Must have 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Fluency in English communication in speaking, reading and writing.
- Must be proficient in computer skill, PPT & Excel on a professional level.
- Must have a stable and bright personality, can work under pressure, willing to communicate with customers as well as other function colleagues and can adapt to frequent travel.
- Must possess good communication skills and leadership skills.
