Responsibility:

1. Working on current programmes and model years ensuring the achievement of manpower targets and successful launch, through the deployment of industrial engineering tools and techniques, from programme start through to Job 1 +90.致力于当前项目和年型车项目，从项目启动到SOP后90天，通过推广工业工程工具和技巧，确保实现人力资源目标并成功投放

2. Project management & control in line with departmental operating system.项目管理和控制与部门运营体系一致

3. Hours per Car reporting单车工时报告

4. Best practice (benchmarking) productivity ideas incorporated into programme吸收竞争对手好的生产力经验并应用到自己的项目中

5. Design for assembly analysis through virtual programme phases通过虚拟数据进行装配设计分析。

6. Working with PD process and facilities to ensure that the most efficient product and process are developed and delivered at Job1与研发和设备共同确保在SOP时生产力和过程是成熟的。

7. Line balance generation节拍平衡

8. Assignment allocation in conjunction with production plant工艺调整

Requirements:

1. Fully conversant in the varying HPC / HPV calculations and reporting outputs精通各种HPC/HPV计算和报告

2.Degree qualified, in a relevant Discipline. 相关专业学历

3-year plus Automotive background with multinational OEM 3年以上汽车OEM背景

3.Understanding of industrial engineering tools and techniques applied to both current and new models

4.Strong ability to coach/train people ie excellent oral and written communication skills. 良好的培训和教导能力。优秀的口头和书面交流能力。

5.Experience in Manufacturing and Lean Principles有制造和精益生产经验。
