工作职责：

1. Reporting to DMBI Manager, Local Co-ordination of Brand Engineering Centre based Senior Engineers in the delivery of DM/DVA activities to achieve functional & program design change objectives to all model lines.

向DMBI经理汇报，针对所有生产的车型，在尺寸管理/尺寸差异分析活动交付过程中，局部协调品牌工程中心的高级工程师去达成功能或者项目设计变更的目标。

2. Co-ordinate and monitor the planning, execution and administration activities in respect of locator selection, tolerance modelling and measurement point selection in line with Vehicle program gateway timing to ensure delivery of specified CDVR targets through appropriate lead/support task assignments, appropriate plans, meeting structures and A3 Controls.

协调并监督在定位系统选择、公差模型、测量点选择等方面的规划、执行及管理活动等过程，使其与项目节点保持一致，并通过适当的领导/支持任务分配，适当的规划，会议结构和A3控制等手段，去保证规定的CDVR目标的交付

3. Co-ordinate cross functional interface liaison support actions of Mfg Engineers, PD, Metrology and internal DMBI team members to prepare and accomplish DMSG and DM/DVA plans up to and including handover of DM/DVA dimensional management activities.

统筹交叉功能界面，联络制造工程师，产品设计，计量和内部DMBI团队成员的支持行动去准备和完成DMSG 及DM/DVA的规划直到并且包含DM/DVA尺寸管理行动的移交

4. Co-ordinate functional reporting of management and business metrics, providing timely responses to program metrics, program gateway reviews and other functional activities.

统筹管理和业务指标的功能报告

5. Provide technical leadership to resolve local and functional technical issues, supported by appropriate business control measures

提供技术支持去解决本地化和功能的技术问题，支持适当的业务控制措施

6. Co-ordinate functional PDL responses in resource planning allocation effects to all Vehicles Program changes.

针对所有整车项目变更，统筹PDL响应在资源规划分配效果的响应

7. In conjunction with functional DMBI manager, Co-ordinate local team resource and work plans to meet business and program requirements

协助DMBI经理，统筹本地团队资源和工作计划去满足业务及项目的需求

8. In conjunction with DMBI manager, Benchmark and apply alternative dimensional management locator, measurement point selection and DVA simulation activities within company, to establish and implement best practises available.

协助DMBI经理，对比和申请可选择的尺寸管理定位系统，测量点选择和尺寸偏差分析的仿真活动在公司内，去建立和实施最佳实践

9. Co-ordinate and monitor compliances to corporate business planning controls (e.g. TS16949, ISO 14001, SHARP, GIS, etc)

统筹并监控遵从公司的业务规划控制（比如：TS16949, ISO 14001, SHARP, GIS,等）

10. Represent DMBI manager as required at Senior Management, Plant, Program Gateway and other reviews as required.

代表DMBI经理出席高级管理，工厂，项目节点已经其他的评审

职位要求：

1， Experience in DM/DVA, metrology and manufacturing engineering are beneficial to intended role.

要有在尺寸管理，尺寸分析，测量和制造工程方面的经验
