The main responsibilities of the Press Maintenance Manager will consists of the following:

冲压维护经理的主要职责包括以下：

1. Setup and manage the Press Maintenance Team

成立和管理冲压维护团队

2. Support AME during early stages of the project. – Facility Design & Maintenance

在项目的前期支持AME-设备的设计和维护

3. Manage the planned maintenance programmes.

管理计划的维护项目

4.Monitor plant, equipment and process operations for correct performance and define and implement

strategies that drive improvement

监督车间、设备和工艺行为的正确运作，定义并执行促进改善的策略。

5.Monitor product quality and quantity information and formulate Continuous Improvement actions

监控产品质量和数量信息，并制定连续的改进措施

6.Promote continuous improvement, whilst implementing improved maintenance methods.

促进持续的改进，实施改善的维护方法

7.Develop educational/training plans for Maintenance

为维护制定教育或培训计划

8.Manage the procurement of maintenance materials, whilst remaining inside budgetary targets.

管理维护材料的采购，控制在预算目标之内

9.Support the TPM autonomous maintenance programme with required resources.

通过需要的资源，支持TPM自主维护项目职位要求：

1. Working knowledge of plant engineering and press activities

具有车间工艺和冲压业务方面的知识

2. Degree qualified, in a relevant Discipline.

相关专业毕业，获得相应的学位

3. Demonstration of strong leadership behaviours.
