岗位职责：

1. 需要英文基础，可讲，可写，可沟通；

2. 有一定的项目经验，能独立做标书，进度表，采购计划，周报，会议纪要；

3. 有Well Ap或者Leed Ap的认证优先考虑；

4. 项目经理交代的其他事宜。

任职资格：

1. 大专以上学历，二级建造师优先；

2. 1年以上装饰行业工作经验，具有一定的室内装修知识，了解办公室装饰流程、有一定项目管理经验者优先；

3. 熟练操作计算机，及相关软件的操作，如：Word，Exel， Powpoint，Auto cad，etc；

4. 沟通能力强，具备较强的团队合作意识，自我学习和独立工作能力强，能吃苦耐劳；

5. 有良好的组织协调能力和现场经验，良好的解决实际问题以及突发事件的能力，工作积极主动，能承受工作压力；
