• Responsible for developing digital marketing strategy, direct to consumer digital footprint and engagement;

• Plan and deliver digital marketing programs and enhance digital capabilities to increase the brand awareness in digital platform to support sales revenue growth

• Cultivate and lead digital marketing/internet ecosystem partnerships

• Explore and evaluate emerging digital marketing opportunities and establish frameworks and benchmarks to facilitate ongoing optimization in evaluation of E-Commerce/content/technology opportunities;

• Collaborate with functions to ensure a strong connection in digital activation, brand contents and EC
• Analyze digital data, bring strong insight, identify and develop new digital opportunity, optimize digital channels to drive business performance
• Devise CRM tactics to cultivate brand loyalty through digital touchpoints, leverage CRM programs to be an integral part of campaigns and business priorities

  任职要求：

  ?         10 years’ experience in digital Marketing,

  ?         Ability to quickly adapt into a matrixed organization with open communication and inspiration

   ?         Hands-on and innovative, proactive and with business ambition, can work under pressure

   ?         Very fluent in English & Chinese

  ?         Excellent communication and presentation skills with analytical mind

   ?         Good team player with strong collaboration

  ?         Professional working attitude with strong drive and commitment

   ?         IT skills Excellent knowledge of MS office tools, especially MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
