As a member of the China Talent Acquisition team, you will partner with the business leaders and HR Business Partners (HRBP) to ensure the recruitment needs are anticipated and fulfilled across China. You contribute or lead local or global talent acquisition continuous improvement or innovation projects and share best practices working in close collaboration with the global talent acquisition team and your peers abroad.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, your role is to attract, source, assess and pre-select proactively the best internal and external talent enabling the business to deliver their strategy. Thanks to an inclusive and engaging candidate experience that potential new colleagues will not forget, you create a culture of talent attraction & mobility at 3DS.
You deliver value to the business by bringing them accurate talent market insights, a data-driven & diverse talent sourcing approach, by building and nurturing a pipeline of top notch candidates and qualifying the best candidates who will grow within our organization.
What will your role be?
Partner to hire with business leaders and HR Business Partners (HRBP)
- Understand the capacity plan and business needs, share talent market trends and identify pipeline needs for their current and future needs
- Partner with hiring managers as one team with HR business partners (HRBP) to fulfill their recruitment needs including the definition and implementation of the talent sourcing &selection in a timely and consultative approach
- Conduct regular business performance reviews to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of talent acquisition
- Educate stakeholders leveraging talent market intelligence

Source, qualify the best candidates and deliver a memorable candidate experience
- Partner with business and HRBP to define data-driven talent sourcing plans
- Define appealing 3DS marketed job descriptions and post the jobs to the most performant sourcing channels for the targeted roles or skills
- Source, identify and approach directly prospective candidates, nurture pipelines leveraging databases, social network, communities, etc…
- Qualify through interviews and assessments and shortlist the best internal and external candidates to present to hiring managers
- Define the most relevant candidate selection process & experience and design behavior-based interview guides in order to select the best profiles
- Coach interview stakeholders on interview techniques and candidate experience
- Follow up and manage your recruitment assignments until the offer acceptance stage (working with HRBP and C&B on the offer approval) adopting a consultative & project management approach
- Deliver the best candidate experience creating moments of truth at every touch point from talent sourcing to offer
- Promote and enhance our employer brand for your market and targeted audiences

Improve process, KPI and policies
- Report in an insightful manner on ongoing assignments and market trends leveraging data and monitoring your metrics and KPI
- Ensure data accuracy in the 3DS recruitment management system
- Optimize the recruitment budget
Your Success factors?
- Bachelor degree in HR or Business School or equivalent experience
· Successful experience in managing full cycle recruitments in a business partnering and data-driven mode (from talent sourcing, talent selection to offer) acquired in a world-class and matrix environment, ideally in the technology sector
· Skilled in Talent identification and talent market mapping, knowledge of the labor market
· Expert in behavior-based interviews and assessments, you are recognized by your peers and clients to assess the best qualified and high potential candidates
- People focused but also process oriented, utilizing data and technology to enhance efficiency and drive effectiveness
· Maturity to deal with business leaders, you are results driven, high energy, persistent and customer focused, with a problem solving & positive attitude and strategic thinking
· Team spirit and collaborative
- Good communication skills with a naturally inquisitive and positive mind-set
- Compliance & Ethics
- English fluent: written and verbal
- Proficient in social media, HRIS, ATS and Microsoft Office programs including, but not limited to: Taleo, LinkedIn, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, etc…
