Senior HRBP

RESPONSIBILITY

As our Senior HR Specialist/Senior HRBP, you will be responsible for planning, designing and providing programs and activities of training, development & retain, to create the competitive advantage of the company through people development.

We are open to talents with either strong C&B or ER experience to cover one of the following 2 scopes of work:

C&B

  • Take key role in the research of compensation policies and review and optimize the compensation system according to the company's development strategy;
  • Own the local design and review of compensation programs and reward programs;
  • Participate in the review, improvement and implementation of the company's performance management system;
  • Study the changes in the salary market, evaluate and judge the changes in the salary market, propose changes to the company's compensation plan, and provide a reference for management decisions;

ER (Employee Relationship):

· Conduct exit interviews if any and make analysis upon requests, make staff turnover rate analysis and HC report on monthly basis. Handle disputes, disciplinary cases.

· Take charge of labor declaration to the relevant government dept.

· Organize employees pulse survey, internal communication and related activities.

· As Internal consultant/expert to set up the company training policies, guidance and procedure according to Coupang strategy

· Other Ad Hoc tasks assigned by manager

Qualification:

· Bachelor's degree

· Min 5 years experience in Human Resource arena

· Rich experience in either C&B or ER

· Strong communication, organization and analytical skills.

· Fluent oral & written English.

· Self starter and teamworker
