? Supports planning and organization of training measures

? Supports planning and organization of the induction training

? Delivers internal trainings on specific topics (e.g. induction trainings, etc.)

? Monitors and evaluates training efficiency

监控和评估培训效果

? Supports update of the local Training catalogue

支持本地培训课程目录的更新

? Manages cooperation with external trainers 

管理与外部培训师的合作

? Monitors and supports employees' qualification process

监督和支持员工的认证流程

? Elaborates training methods and content of internal trainings 

创立内部培训的培训方法和内容

? Monitors specific KPIs

监控具体的关键绩效指标

? Provides specific reports

任职要求：

1.Bachelor degree or above

本科学历及以上

2.Human resource management related major

人力资源管理相关专业

3.Proficiency in office software

熟练使用办公软件

4.Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills

良好的英文听说读写能力

5.Good sense of teamwork and communication skills

良好的团队合作意识与沟通能力

6.Be familiar with and be able to use labor related laws and regulations
