工厂厂长主要负责管理医用冷敷贴的生产线，同时建立和完善工厂运营体系，工作地点在上海宝山。

岗位职责：

1. 负责工厂的生产管理；

2. 制定年度生产目标和计划,管理和控制生产目标的实现；

3. 负责对生产过程进行监督、指导，同时进行生产质量控制，保证生产质量和产品数量；

4. 负责在组织生产过程中的成本（原材料、人员等）控制，并达成预算要求；

5. 建立规范公司的流程制度，有效提高产能效率，提高产品质量，降低内耗；

6. 负责组建工厂管理团队及组织架构，管理培训及考核工作人员，协调好各部门间的工作关系；

7. 负责生产过程中的设备和人员的安全，确保人员无伤害、设备无意外损坏事故；

8. 根据法规要求，负责监督生产全过程的排放，确保符合环保要求；

9. 集团安排的其他事务。

任职要求：

1. 大专以上学历，掌握企业生产经营管理知识；

2. 具有5年以上工业管理经验，精通生产制造各个环节的运作与流程，熟知生产成本控制，擅长生产过程管控与现场管理；

3. 具有丰富的生产、设备、质量、物流管理等实务经验；

4. 熟悉精益生产、装备自动化改善、劳动生产率改善、绩效管理改善等，熟安全生产管理流程及质量管理体系；

5. 诚信，责任心强，较强的组织协调和把握全局能力，善于团队建设。

优先录取：

1. 具有I类医疗器械工厂工作经验者优先；

In this role, you will mainly responsible for managing the production line of medical cold compresses, and at the same time establishing and optimizing the factory operation system. This position is based in Baoshan, Shanghai.

 

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the production management of the factory;

2. Formulate annual production plans, manage and control the realization of production goals;

3. Responsible for supervising and guiding the production process, and ensure the products are in qualified quality and quantity;

4. Responsible for controlling the cost (raw materials, personnel, etc.) during the production process, and meet budget requirements;

5. Establish a standardized company process system, improve production efficiently, product quality, and reduce internal consumption;

6. Responsible for setting up the factory management team and organizational structure, managing, training and assessing employees, and coordinating the working relationship between different departments;

7. Responsible for the safety of equipment and personnel in the production process, to ensure that there is no injury to personnel and no accidental damage to the equipment;

8. Responsible for supervising emissions during the entire production process in accordance with regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with environmental requirements;

9. Other ad-hoc work assigned by the line manager.

 

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, with factory management knowledge;

2. More than 5 years of industrial management experience, proficient in the product operation, familiar with cost control, good at process control and on-site management;

3. Have rich experience in production, equipment, quality, logistics management, etc.;

4. Familiar with lean production, equipment automation improvement, labor productivity improvement, performance management improvement, etc., familiar with safety production management process and quality management system;

5. Integrity, strong sense of responsibility, strong organization and coordination skills and the ability to grasp the overall situation, good at team building.

 

Desired Characteristics:

1.     Working experience in a Class I medical device factory is preferred;
