Position: Senior BA/PM

Primary Roles/Responsibilities:

1. nage and be accountable for customer project delivery

• Lead sizable cross functional IT delivery team and manage cost/profitability
• Manage project plan/timeline, quality delivery, customer expectation and change control.
• Responsible for the quality of the deliverable artifacts and customer signoff (requirement, plan and define, UAT, etc)

1. t as a senior BA/consultant to work with customer to produce detailed business flow and requirement document.
2. pport the direct sales of Covisint software services.
3. esent as an industry expert at the marketing/customer events
4. avel as required in China

Qualifications

• 5+ in BA/PM role
• Accountable, self-starter, strong execution ability, results oriented and teamwork.

• Good track record of managing IT/software delivery team.
• Familiar with ERP system or Supply chain business system delivery process.
• Experienced BA with strong solution design and consultation skills.
• Strong communication, leadership, and management skills.
• Familiar with mobile app design and development process. Good understanding of software architecture

• Familiar with agile development methodology, CMMI certification preferred.

• Bi-lingual English and Chinese preferred.  
• 4 year college degree with technical discipline.
