Roles and Responsibilities:

? Work with Client QA Manager in Quality Management Office with primary focus on setting up automation framework in the shortest possible timeframe to enable early automation script delivery

? Optimize automation opportunities working in conjunction with Manulife Automation lead and TL in CD

? Ensure alignment with Manulife automation objectives, tools and framework throughout the engagement

? Create automation test approach and plan jointly with Manulife Automation lead

? Implement measures to enhance automation framework

? Guide automation testers in designing test scripts to boost application functionality coverage

? Create ROI (return on investment) for SG BAU engagement and obtain approval from Quality Management Office through QA Automation lead

? Own up Defect management & handling of Defect triage meetings by analyzing the defects raised by the offshore team

? Review of RCA and KPI

? Coordinate with dev team for clarifications, scheduled downtime & any batch process and communicating the same to offshore QA lead/team

? Providing Support to team on the activities that can be performed only at onsite (Policy Contracts Printing, Batch process, etc.)

Requirements:

? Cucumber(BDD)

? Scripting/execution over Perfecto devices and oracle form .Knowledge on GIT

? Ability to lead automation team, 6 years’ experience in automation lead role

? Experience with Life Insurance products (preferred)

? Experience in Continuous Integration using Jenkins

? Knowledge in JIRA

? Experience in AGILE concepts
