CY0610 美术教师/美术老师Fine art Teacher

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Conduct high quality classes;

2. Equipment set up and maintenance;

3. A reliable resource for parents;

4. Band representative.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above (preferably related to early childhood education);

2. Passionate, love to work with kids and willing to devote time and effort for the benefit of both kids and parents;

3. Skills in Childhood fine arts, music, dance; Proficient use of English language (speaking, reading and writing) is a must. Minimum of CET6/TEM4;

4. Able to work under pressure;

5. Physically fit, active, energetic and can sing;

6. Team player with good interpersonal and leadership skills;

7. Values integrity and professionalism;

8. Self-motivated, goal oriented and coach able;

9. A funster;

10. Experience of working with kids aged 18months to14 yrs is a plus.

岗位职责：

1. 高品质完成18个月至14岁儿童美术课程教授工作；

2. 在课堂中负责维护课堂秩序及学生安全等工作；

3. 尊重教案，在教学主管指导和组织下备课、准备上课用具材料等；

4. 能够与家长准确沟通课程、教学目标及学生表现等；

5. 完成教学主管安排的其他任务。

6. 参与市场活动中的教授环节；

任职资格：

1. 艺术类院校本科及以上学历，油画、雕塑或美术教育专业；

2. 美术功底扎实，具备丰富的美术史知识，熟悉美术材料的使用；

3. 具备儿童教育心理学知识，较强的授课能力；

4. 具有很强的中文表达能力，普通话标准，口齿伶俐；

5. 具有较强的亲和力，讲课生动活泼，知识面宽广；

6. 喜欢孩子，热爱儿童美术教育事业，工作积极主动，细心、耐心，责任心强；

7. 熟练掌握办公软件。

8. 具有丰富的儿童美术教学经验者优先考虑；

晋升方向：美术教师->教师主管->总部培训岗位

1. 能够接受周六日上班，周一至周五双休；

2. 按照国家规定的福利保险、通讯补助、其他福利等。

3. 公司安排岗前培训（带薪培训）。
