   Responsibility Leading and coordinating engineers from different area of responsibility in an equipment task. Ensuring that deliveries are according to the task description. Main contact person towards suppliers regarding technical issues from RFQ. Secures that the total investment budget is within its frame (from TSU to J1 +90 days) 

1、 Responsible for leading and coordinating the total process scope (from floor to roof that is required for process installation) within own area   

2、 Lead/ coordinate development/changes/pre-studies/investigations with layout within own area over time to secure simple and less complex systems/solution within responsible area  

 3、 Strive for lowest manufacturing cost (investment / manhour / ergonomic) and efficient/simplified layout that is in line with Plant Vision/ Logistic Vision   

4、 Secure process changes within area together with Plant-, Shop Engineering / SCM / Tooling / IT / Manufacturing engineering / Maintenance / Facility management   

5、 Lead local cross-functional network team for own area on a regular basis 

6、 Translate project pre-requisites & targets (OEE, capacity, cycle time, etc) into design layout and process installation demands  

7、 Active participation in the strategic process development with Global Product Engineers regarding BOP, studies, investigations in early phases   

8、 Report and quality assurance of milestone and deliverables (In PIRA and Report system)  

9、 Secure timing, coordination, technique and cost within own area through all project phases that (from PS to FSR) fulfil ME strategy (BOP, ME guidelines, Module strategy, lean guiding principles)  

10、 Follow up equipment needs that are defined, (time/technique/cost) and ensure end user handover processes within own area   

11、 Ensure process related issue management and follow up within own area  

12、 Secure that total investment budget is within the given frame (from PS till FSR) including financial follow up and asset management within the area  

13、 Follow up and ensure that the implemented technical solutions fulfil ergonomic demands and environmental requirements. 

14、Manage Lessons learned / Best Practice and incorporate these within own area

15、Secure and visualize flow, availability and takt time 

16、 Align strategies/technical solutions and implementation plan with plant (shop) management   

17、 Maintain good communication and knowledge of Final Assembly process by visiting / benchmarking colleagues and competitors.
