职位描述
Role purpose
- Ensure offline budget achievement by leading monthly LE and review.
- In charge of offline sales and TM spending. Make sure no over spending of NKA/ NON NKA channel.
- Consolidate and modify sales demand FCST so that can submit relatively accurate number to supply chain.
- Constantly optimizing LE/approval process to improve efficiency.
- Support TM head on full year strategy building.
Role accountabilities
This incumbent will be fully in charge of the following, mainly for Offline sales / trade marketing for China Consumer
1. Ensure budget achievement.
Leading sales team monthly LE to better understand and control business pace. Make sure full year strategy implementation.
2. Budget control:
Control sales spending well on each account. Make sure no overspending.
Track and review ROI with sales team and keep optimizing.
3. Demand FCST:
Based on sales submitted number and seasonality, modify FCST to ensure abundant supply for sales to achieve target.
Requirement
Education: University graduate or above
Experience:
Minimum 3-4 years in trade marketing role, preferably experience in dealing with 3rd party employee management
Experiences with FMCG multi-national companies
Willing and able to do frequent travelling
PG management experience from Adult milk powder company or Infant milk powder company are highly preferred
Sales operation relevant experience is preferred
Technical/Functional Expertise:
Strong analytical skill and sound Excel and PPT skill
Good communication skill (in English and Mandarin) supported by analytical and organizational skills
Industry Experience: FMCG
