Major Responsibilities /Duties

1. Help raise awareness of compliance and act as a custodian of:

   1. The Dover code of business conduct and ethics; and

   2. All policies, processes and tools developed by the function aimed at mitigating risks.

   3. Work closely with the business leaders to implement appropriate new compliance procedures.

       

2. Understand the compliance risks (CRA, Compliance Risk Assessment)in the various areas of operation within the region:

3. Help on internal control review with the guidance from regional Finance Director:

4. Help promote and assess compliance with DFS employees as well as with 3rd parties；

5. Drive third party relationship management processes (TPG).

6. Encourage employees, leaders and 3rd parties to “Speak Up” about compliance issues using any means available,

7. Lead or assist in investigations of compliance related issues in region or other DFS locations, as may be required.

8. Support on global projects, as may be required.

9. Model compliance behavior within his / her area of responsibility

    

   Key Requirement

1. Bachelor’s degree major in Finance/Accounting

2. Minimum 3 years work experience in a Finance auditing capacity, with similar role in US Multinational company as the most recent job years working experience.

3. Strong personal and professional ethics and integrity.

4. Strong awareness and proactive management of compliance and internal control.

5. Strong project management skills to follow-through on the agreed risk mitigation plan.

6. Ability to influence and facilitate difficult conversations, as well as proven facilitation, communication and training skills.

7. Willingness to travel

Language skills: Good English skills

Computer skills : Good PC skills , Oracle or Kingdee knowledge
