4. Lead staffing and recruitment management, based on company business needs, establish, and
execute recruitment plans and staffing projects, manage employee relationship.
5. Manage official seals, company qualification and other critical official documents, and ensure
their usage is in the state of control.
6. Lead the planning, preparation, and organization of Beijing company events.

Be proficient in Human Resources Management. Have strong team management ability and good
communication skills. Be aware of pharmaceutical company operation.

directing teamwork.
Skills: Good knowledge in operating process of each Human Resources model, proficient in
Human Resources managing skills. Strong skills in administration management and team management
Educational Degree: Bachelor’s degree or above.
Major: Administration Management, Business Administration, Human Resources and related
majors
Language: CET4, proficient in English writing and speaking.
Computer: Be proficient in using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PS
Related Experience: More than 10 years related working experience.
MNC Experience: At least 5 years multinational corporation working experience.
