职位描述
· Phone call quality monitoring and evaluation based on defined criteria.
· Coach CIC suppliers for call quality issue resolution.
· Conduct periodically calibration between BMW and vendors to ensure the same understanding and implementation from QC prospective.
· Conduct test call after agents training to verify whether agents are qualified to go-live.
· Review QC evaluation criteria with business stakeholders to ensure service standard up to date.
· Urgent and ad-hoc cases handling.
- Quality Control Service
· University degree / graduated, Marketing or related major is preferred.
· Knowledge of quality control, at least 3 years relevant experience.
· At least 2 year experience of call center Quality Control or Assurance.
· Actively thinking, good communication and team work.
· Automotive industry background will be preferred.
· Fluent in English (verbal and written).
