Position information：

· Development and implementation of sales strategies in assigned region in order to increase sales and profit for the SBU Essential

Job Functions/Duties:

· Develop and implement business plan that anticipates and identifies market challenges and opportunities in order to meet the company’s sales goal and strategies for the area

· Cooperate with local distributor and provide assistant to them in order to increase the sales volume · Achieved the sales target set by the company

· Provide technical support and trouble shooting in the field situations.

· Assist in building distribution channel, tenders arrangement, prepare quotations, monitor pricing activities and conference coordination

· Maintain close relationship with existing clients and VIP physicians. Develop new and potential customers in the area

· Provide update market and competitor information to the company

· Have a sound understanding of, and comply with, the COOK Code of Conduct and Company Compliance requirements

Minimum Work Experience/Educational Requirements:

· Degree in Medical Studies, Clinical Studies or other related discipline

· 3 years or above solid sales experience in medical device industry

· With distributor   development and management experience
