- Integral driver of end to end accounting processes for new   business area

- Strong collaboration with large group of stakeholders from   Regional to Global team

- Drive to implement standardization of accounting   processes for the new legal entity

- Go to person for problem solving in   accounting matters

- Perform review of accounting analysis, to ensure   reporting with high quality and timely

- Be accountable for year-end audit   reports and drive year-end audit process

- Key driver for knowledge   management from strategy planning to implementation

- Able to identify   compliance risk at legal entity level; To mitigate risks by implement internal   control processes when necessary

- Play functional leadership to engage   accounting teammates

- Collaborate with global counterparts to implement and   improve processes in accounting services

Being mainly responsible for Education Business accounting   services.

? Accounting / financial education background

? CPA or   Senior Accounting certification

? MNC exposure is a must

? Solid SAP   knowledge is a must

? Proficient in MS Office specially in Excel

?   Familiar with PRC GAAP and IFRS standards

? Knowledge on tax compliance on   CIT and VAT, able to identify the tax impact

? Experience in retail business   and franchising business model

? Demonstrated ability on project coordination   and operational process improvements

? Be able to travel when required

?   Open minded and collaborative

? Proactive communication skill with warm   personality

? Audit firm background is a plus

? Reasonable mature level to   cope with senior stakeholders

? Schoolpal experience is a plus

? Advanced   English communication skill in both written and verbally
