工作职责：

• 根据公司制定的托福品牌年度市场营销策略，制定相应的新媒体平台策略及整体内容规划。
• 整体把控及输出符合托福品牌调性的社交媒体传播内容，包括微信公众号和微博等。
• 关注新媒体传播的趋势和变化，对平台进行日常数据跟踪，总结传播效果，优化运营策略。
• 配合市场经理协调整合各方资源，包括内部团队及广告代理合作伙伴等外部团队，实现年度目标。

                    

职位要求：

    

• 具备两年以上新媒体行业内容或文案策划工作经验，有广告公关公司经验者优先；
• 熟悉微博微信等平台运营手法及互联网语言；
• 具备优秀的中文文字功底，有良好的英文读写能力优先;
• 本科及以上学历，有留学背景者优先；

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily managing the social channels (Weibo, Wechat, etc) of TOEFL CN accounts including regular content creation and user daily engagement.
• Ensure that the TOEFL tone of voice within test taker facing content on social media become an integral part of business strategy development and priorities.
• Deep industry knowledge of China social media landscape as well as the social buzz trends, summarize the communication effect and optimize the operation strategy.
• Support TOEFL marketing manager and coordinate with local advertising agency partner and internal teams to develop digital/social media campaigns.

Experiences and skills:

• 2+ years of experience in social media operation and copy writing, preferably in an agency setting and/or within an applicable industry.
• Deep industry knowledge of China social media operation and China social media trends.
• Excellent copywriting/editing skills in Chinese, reading and writing fluency in English is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or above, overseas study experience is preferred.
