To develop methods and techniques for equipment in the production, lead and execute T&E projects for the production units in order to fulfil the defined quality, leadtime, cost efficiency, safety/health/environment, flexibility, change over. The areas of activity are Polestar Car TCF plants
Main Tasks
1、 Develops equipment strategies, in some cases in an ESS group as driver or participant.
2、Initiates and leads AE (Advanced Engineering) and OD (Operational Development) assignments within the area of responsibility.
3、 Contributes in annual work and pre-PS phases with specialist competence, works for Process Driven Product Design.
4、Leads or executes equipment projects (develops, calculates, plans, TSU, procures and verifications) for TCF plants.
5、Creates and analyses the equipment part of the process layouts.
6、 Performs safety-, reliability- and cost analyses.
7、Performs Equipment FMEA.
8、Supports the running production (Resident ME, Production and Maintenance) with second line analysis within the area of responsibility.
9、Transfers competence within the area of responsibility to Production and Maintenance.
10、 Contributes in development of instructions and routines within the area.
11、Participates in or leads relevant standard- and technical organisations within the area of responsibility with authority to represent Polestar.
12、 Follows the decided working methods such as VPDS/PPDS, applicable BMS routines and Equipment follow up system.
Responsibility
1、Calculations, time frames and technical contents of the equipment.
2、Status report of the equipment project
3、Technical request for quotation
4、 Overall responsible that the equipment fulfils all steps in the handover process.
5、Secures that the Polestar strategies, standards and specifications are fulfilled.
6、 Establish and update technical equipment specifications within the area.
7、Secures that the methods support the defined strategy.
8、 Within the area of responsibility support with specialist competence with the authority to make decisions in technical matters.
9、To follow up and report own assignments to the assigner.
10、 Reporting status and deviations in decided systems / tools and ensure that there are actionsplans to reach targets.
11、To update own assignments in the defined Equipment follow up system.
12、To follow up granted funds for the assignment.
13、To execute assignments according to Mfg:s processes, corporate rules and regulations.

任职要求：
Technical basic competence on Bachelor/ Master of sciences level or similar.
1、Good knowledge of production engineering and logistic work
2、Good knowledge of Tooling development and R&M processes
3、Good knowledge of MS-office and MS-project
4、Good spoken and written English
5、Good knowledge within the equipment area
6、Negotiation experience
7、Good knowledge regarding procurement routines, standards and specifications regarding equipments
8、Good knowledge of CATIA or Teamcenter
9、If a person is hired as T&E engineer for “Battery Plant” or EOL- VCATS knowledge is needed.
