职位描述


Role & Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for direct selling of freight forwarding solutions, domestic, logistics solutions, including contract logistics, customs brokerage and other value added services.

  • Accountable for developing, leading and meeting/exceeding Area’s sales and revenue plans. Develops sales plan/strategy/activities to achieve target budgets.

  • Create awareness of the Company within the customer organization and vice versa and build up a strong business relationship with the customers and customer's suppliers.

  • Establish and present customized offers to customers.

  • Drive and engage with customer for the RFI/RFP/RFQs in the formulation of a win strategy.

  • Negotiate with customers on contractual terms of service provision that is aligned to corporate sales policy and procedures

  • Develop pipeline of new business growth outside of assigned accounts.

  • Focus on Account Receivables to support collection outstanding invoices when required.

  • Not only focus on chemicals, however will dedicate to the Verticals in 35% of the role's capacity.

  • Base on Guangzhou , covering Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Dongguan, Shunde, Foshan.

  • Any other project assigned by the management


    Key deliverables:
  • Gross revenue and volume performance of the key and strategic accounts.

  • Development of value-add propositions and build strong customer relationship

  • Drive sustainable growth according to target setting and MBOs.

  • Ensure Account Receivables in time


Education and Experience requirements

  • Degree in freight forwarding, international business administration, logistics or relevant discipline

  • Min 5 years of professional and solid experience in the transport, freight forwarding or any logistics field.

  • Business development skills and background is preferred.

  • Solid freight forwarding operational know-how

  • Strong customer relationship building and alignment skills

  • Analytical and processes skills (creativity/flexibility/strategic thinking)

  • Strong communication and inter-personal skills

  • Outgoing, self-motivated, organized and focused

  • Results driven

  • Advanced computer literacy: good PC skills, and capability to use internal tools

  • Fluent spoken and written English. Mandarin is essential
