1. Design, develop, implement, and validate the test methods of software & hardware for ADAS features 

    设计、开发、实施和验证ADAS功能的软硬件的测量方法

2. Understand the function, performance, and limitation of ADAS sensor system and software by 

    establishing test methods in inside and outside environment 在内外环境中通过创建测试方法以了解 

     ADAS传感器系统和软件的功能，性能和限制性。

3.  Develop, improve and validate vehicle performance, security, and compliance in accordance with 

     government regulations 根据政府规定，开发、提高和验证车辆性能、安全和合规性

4.  To ensure the vehicles are in line with the customers’ and market’s requirements by collecting and 

     analyzing testing data and information通过收集和分析测试数据和信息，确保车辆符合客户和市场要求

5.  Record test setup, plans and results and report to our customers. 记录测试设置、计划和结果，并报 

     告给客户。

任职要求：

1. Bachelor or Master's degree in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering or related 

         fields 本科学历以上，专业为汽车/机械工程，软件工程或相关工科

2. More than 3 years working experience in vehicle testing or autonomous driving 有3年以上车辆测试或 

        自动驾驶测试的工作经验

3. Good knowledge of ADAS hardware & software, and vehicle systems such as CAN networks熟悉 

        ADAS 软硬件，了解车辆系统，如CAN networks

4. General knowledge of china government regulations for ICV market 了解中国ICV市场的政府规定.

5. You are a team player to work with testing operators, and you make test drives with prototype 

        vehicles你可以和测试操作员一起协助，并对原型测量进行驾驶测试

6. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English & Chinese (oral and written), good 

       German would be a plus.具有流利的英语和汉语技能，会德语是一个加分项

7. Good communication skills paired with customers and goal oriented methods.具有良好的沟通能力和 

        目标导向
