岗位职责：

1、  负责为公司的经营管理决策提供法律可行性、合法性分析和法律风险预测，及时提供法律风险预警；

2、  负责处理业务涉及的各类投诉、诉讼、仲裁及知识产权维权案件；

3、  负责职责范围内各类业务合同、法律文件的起草、审核、修订；

4、  对重大项目决策给予法律支撑，参与公司投融资等重要经济活动，提出法律意见；

5、  负责公司业务涉及现有法律法规的收集整理、分析研究对公司经营的影响，预防和控制公司经营风险；

6、  领导安排的其他法律相关事项。

任职资格：

1、  法学院本科及以上学历；

2、  通过国家司法考试；

3、  具有3年以上企业或律师事务所法律工作经验，有处理诉讼相关事务的经验；

4、  具备较强的分析、处理、解决法律问题的能力，具有较强的执行力，能够独立开展工作；熟悉合同法、知识产权法及互联网相关法律法规；

5、  具备良好的职业道德及团队合作精神；

6、  有较强的沟通协调能力和良好的风险管控意识。
