职位描述：

As a Senior Solution Architect to define, propose and validate PLM platform-based solutions, enabling customers to fulfill their digital transformation strategies.

1. Focus on Auto/Vehicle/Mobile/High tech industry;
2. Define PLM platform-based solution architecture to support customer business objectives and project success KPIs
3. Act as a key customer partner during the entire project lifecycle.
4. Understand and formalize customer business issues/drivers and requirements.
5. Lead and/or contribute to the definition of the Statement of Work (SOW) of services projects
6. Conduct solution technology readiness assessment
7. Define and validate the integration, deployment, transition, migration, and co-existence of PLM platform in the customer environment and processes
8. Write the first level of functional specifications for the customer and Industry Services technical teams, in line with Industry Referential.
9. Obtain the approval of the functional specifications from the customer.
10. Validate the customer's solution requirements with the deployment / software / knowledge architects, as applicable
11. Support project risk assessment and develop mitigation measures with customer and eco-system team
12. Capitalize on project deliverables to ensure reusability
13. Identify and develop additional software and services revenues opportunities
14. Develop technical business solutions within ecosystem
15. Define and implement improved product development solutions for customers
16. Define technical objectives, process requirements, constraints and scope of the solution to be developed
17. Interface with maintenance, R&D and competency center organizations to bring critical issues and resolution
18. Evaluate solution approach options and available technology to determine final approach

任职条件：

• 10+ years of PLM services & consulting experiences
• 5+ years of PLM solution architecture experiences in multiple services projects
• 5+ years of hands-on experiences with MBSE related applications
• Engineering or Science graduates (master, or bachelor with 12+ years of industrial experiences)
• Excellent PLM solution architecture capability
• Competencies of articulating corporate strategy and vision
• Experiences of PLM integration processes (PLM-ERP and PLM-PLM) and solution definition
• Knowledge of auto industry and familiarity with industrial processes in R&D and manufacturing domains
• Knowledge of consulting skills to situational contexts
• Understanding of company, product portfolios and technologies
• Demonstration of strong customer & project leadership
• Demonstration of necessary services business development skills
• Good communication & negotiation capabilities
• Exhibition of creative thinking
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent presentation skills
• Oral and written proficiency with the English language
