JOB PURPOSE

To support senior ENR China FP&A to develop and deliver high performance finance objectives, including:

? Delivering timely, accurate, complete & insightful reporting in an efficient way

? Understanding the numbers & what drives them in order to make the right decisions.

? Support the business teams to better monitor financial KPI performance, including SEPM, operating profit, working capital and cash flow especially for precious metal inventory.

? Provide timely and meaningful cost analysis to the management team to better monitor the production cost of the manufacturing sites.

Key Responsibilities:

? Facilitate senior FP&A to prepare monthly reports for ENR China business units, including monthly management report, rolling forecast and budget monitoring.

? Participate in the Annual Financial Planning and Budgeting process, work under senior FP&A’s guidance to prepare the working files for budget and strategy plan compilation;

? Support senior FP&A to work on precious metal price variance analysis, inventory management, working capital forecast;

? Understand PGMS China manufacturing sites’ costing method, cost components and set up meaningful costing model to facilitate the business team to perform cost analysis and cost control.

Are you the ideal candidate?

? Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint.

? Experience of the integration of acquisitions and capital investment

? Excellent communication skills (oral and written) with the ability to communicate throughout all levels of the organization.

? Excellent interpersonal skills.

? Comfortable operating strategically

? Possess strong work ethic and takes initiative to achieve workload with access to limited resources at times.
