The duties of this position include but are not limited to:

? Builds and maintains strong, long-lasting customer relationships 

? Performs / contributes to customer analysis, market share analysis, competitor overview, SWOT, customer strategy and road map (in coordination with Business Development)

? Manages contracts and ensures alignment with legal requirements

? Responsible for sales activities for development of the engine business. Expand Deutz engine market share within China market

? Learning continuously of up-to-date engine technology

? Supports the business plan approval and leads customer negotiation 

? Coordinates request for quotation, collection of information

? Is responsible for financial performance and strategy and achieve the sales goals including revenue and profit targets

? Draft business forecast for engine sales

? Commercial and technical order clarification

? Timely chase the order status with efficient coordination between DEUTZ and customer

? Monitor customers’ payment to be in line with contract/agreement and push customer for the overdue payment.

? Customer Satisfaction Survey

Leadership (valid only for leading functions)

? People Management of the area of responsibility (resource allocation, evaluation, leadership, monitoring)

? Coordinate with other departments to ensure fulfillment of sales related work

? Ensures the budget/costs planning, allocation, review and tracking under the consideration of the DEUTZ profitability 

? Ensures the exchange of information among team members and between the teams

? Encourages employees to come up with ideas for improving the activity and implementing them (promotes independence and self-confidence)

? Develops respective processes and KPIs; Maintains discipline in a consistent manner (sets limits with consequences)

? Gives assistance and direction when necessary; Gives Feedback at the right time

Qualifications & Requirements:

? Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Engineering or Inner Combustion Engine

? Minimum of 3 years related working experience in engine, automotive, construction machinery as well as related industries

? Strong communication & coordination skill

? Proficiency in Chinese & English language;

? Strong problem solving, strategizing, organizational and systematic analytical skills

? Frequent traveling required
