职位描述
- Designs and engineers the solution down to detail to satisfy the specified requirements of the customer.
- Defines the products, components and systems to be used and their concrete characteristics.
- Configures the components and systems of the solution according to the requirements.
- Develops detailed solutions for the integration to ensure the interaction of the individual elements as a functioning unit.
- Is responsible for the realization of the solution with the required functionality, prepares the design documentation.
- May minister the executing units (e.g. manufacturing, procurement, logistics).
The Equipment Engineering in this role will be part of the global team of highly experienced engineers in charge of developing and improving equipment & tools to meet the manufacturing requirements for Wind Turbines.
We are looking for 4 or more years experienced skilled mechanical engineers for our global team in Technology & Standards Tooling team responsible for equipment and tools. We expect that you also have +2 years of experience in developing and implementing design and requirement for production facility layouts that can meet production requirements.
The department is Global function with headquarter in Denmark and one office in China. Our customers are internal and external as we manage and lead the development of wind turbines manufacturing set up for our licensing partners and suppliers.
This role requires a deep knowledge of manufacturing equipment/tools and production layout from designing, usage and maintenance. The Engineer in this role is required to:
- be an expert in developing, evaluating and improve new equipment/tools by research, test & design, developing requirements including User Manuals and create process maps with description.
- have effective communication skills with strong ownership of English language and a global mind-set as this role is part of the global function; traveling abroad and in country is mandatory up to periods of 6 months
- analyse data and creating presentation with status reports is mandatory.
Qualification Required
- BA/MA degree (mechanical engineering) with 4 or more years of experience in mechanical engineering; it is an advantage to hold a civil and/or electrical engineer degree
- Experience in planning
- Experience working in project teams
- Experience in organizing workshops and training individuals and teams
- Experienced user of 3D cad systems; Siemens NX is our current preferred used system.
- Knowledge for hydraulic system, electric, PLC, ventilation or high vacuum systems is a plus
- Strong Oral and Written Communication Skills in English and Chinese
- Good communication skills, ability to work collaborate with internal or external partners
- Experienced user of Office
- Quick learner, willing to work hard and flexibly
