Responsibilities and Duties

？Team member and team leader development; Champion safety within assigned area expense claims/reimbursement

？Best practice sharing with global plant counterparts. 

？Confirm product quality and Team lead checks and responsible that standardized work is followed. Responsible for Takt time compliance. Report and track daily production results.

？Coordinating function. Provide shift to shift coordination with other GL's. Coordinate major maintenance with maintenance staff. Coordinate support from support groups. Coordinate process trials. Coordinate work up- and down stream.

？Monthly production planning (manpower to meet takt). Team member and team leader intermittent and daily absences (in cooperation with/delegated to team leaders. Manpower and vacation scheduling.

？Initiate/suggest cost reduction activities (7 deadly wastes). Initiate/participate in Kaizen projects. Responsible for communication of cell process changes. Link between technical departments, Production Preparation and other service department and team leads. Responsible for communication of cell process changes. Link between technical departments, Production Preparation and other service department and team leads.

？Maintain and enhance employee morale and motivation by acting as a mentor for team leads.

？Long term strategic planning in conjunction with Operations manager and local technical manager.

 a. Learning and following the EHS policy, all EHS requirements and regulations in SWPB factory. Realize the EHS targets and objectives of SWPB factory                         

 b. Join the EHS training and activities in SWPB factory.                                                   

 c. Report the accidents/ incidents as the communication flow required, report the near miss and unsafe conditions/ actions in your work area.                                                    

 d. Implement all the related EHS CAPA in your work.

Qualifications

？Five years of production experience in Manufacturing (prefer in Auto industry)

？Change Management 

？Project Management Methods
