精通生产线指定工序的正确操作方法；
确保工作程序符合公司安全及质量要求；
支持班组完成生产线设定的业绩目标；
接受生产线各工序的操作培训，能够支持生产线任意岗位的工作；
知道如何使用操作系统, 并正确完成数据输入。 完成生产主管或领班指派的其他工作；

职位要求：

1. 中专或高中及以上学历，机电一体化或电气自动化相关专业为佳；
2. 1年以上外资企业操作工工作经验，具有叶片厂工作经验者优先考虑；
3. 具有自我提升意愿，具备英语沟通能力和电脑基础知识者优先考虑；
4. 有较强的责任感，工作积极主动，注重团队合作，服从公司安排
 5. 具有叉车证或行车证优先  身体健康，能适应倒班工作  年龄20-35岁为佳
