·         You will be responsible for the printing workshop KPI including productivity/ cost/ CONQ/ OEE etc

·         You will supervise each section manager and ensure each section is well coordinated and work towards the goal.

·         You will deliver results-oriented programs (e.g cost reduction / lean production) to drive for continuous improvement on environment, capacity and work flow

·         You will achieve profitability of the factory through efficient and effective management over costing, quality and timely delivery

·         You will tackle problems arise from daily operations

·         You will lead the team for new processes implementation in order to have the better quality and service level. (from customer file till printed sheet ready)

·         You will coordinate between the local new product introduction team and Corp for new product qualification/ introduction. Work with marketing and follow the company process to qualify the products to fulfil local market needs.

·         You will coordinate with fabrication/ quality team to enhance our product and workflow.

·         You will initiate actions to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity related to the product, process and quality system.

·         You will ensure that the facility is compliant with safety and health regulations.

·         You will ensure that the printing operations is compliant to the payment associations and security rules.

·         You will require to support any ad hoc issue which may not related to printing only.

·         Comply with the company's security policy, security strategy and the relevant standard operation procedures to ensure the security of the company’s properties (information, technologies and products). Also report to his or her department heads on any incidents or situations against company’s security policy, security strategy and/or the relevant standard operation procedures.

Requirment:

·         To succeed at this job, you must have: experience with card body printing (Offset & Silkscreen) specifically familiar with payment associations rules for cardbody design. Strong knowledge on Prepress and color separation.

·         It would be preferred if you have knowledge of ISO 9000/ ISO 14000 and ISO27000 procedures. Knowledge of FM and CMYKOB printing techno. Also has the network in China printing market (with machine vendors/ ink suppliers etc)

·         You must be fluent in English.

·         We would like someone to join our team who is a strong interpersonal communicator, a team player with a dynamic personality, and able to work under pressure. Overtime is required. After-office escalation phone support

·         You need to have a Degree in Printing Technology or Diploma in Printing with experience in the field for more than 10years.
