Job: MRP Planner

Description: Responsible for the SJJP OTC effective coordination of the material planning,

purchasing and production scheduling function and ensuring timely delivery to customers of

finished products.

R&R:

? Responsible for OTC material planning and purchasing including raw material,

components and spare parts to ensure adequate supplies are ordered for production.

? Closely track and communicate with suppliers on material delivery, inventory and

production.

? Work with broker/forwarder and material supplier on imported material/bulk custom

clearance and SIFDC affairs.

? Analyzes sources and purchases of raw materials, packaging materials, parts,

components, services, supplies, finished goods and related material needed for

production to ensure cost and quality standards are met.

? Examines trends related to discrepancies in order quantity, price and late deliveries to

determine supplier performance.

? Compiles and analyzes data related to procurement, scheduling and movement of

materials and services to facilitate forecasting process.

? Makes recommendations to management regarding improving processes.

? Keep reduction on unhealthy stock such as E&O, slow moving and short shelf life.

? Support to meet end to end supply chain KPI.

Qualification:

?  Bachelor degree or above, major in pharma, chemistry or bio.

?  Fluent in English (oral & written).

?  1-3 year working experience in planning/importing.

?  Strong problem-solving capability, good at cross function communication and keep open

mindset
