职位描述

Responsibilities:

  • The primary responsibility of the Key Account Manager is to developing and delivering the value proposition for Nomex® paper to key customers, influencers, decision makers in target market segments. Also implement comprehensive and marketing plans to enable penetration into these segments.
  • In charge of growth and sustainability of our market position in transformer verticals by developing key partnerships within a complex value chain.
  • The successful candidate should have knowledge and experience in the following areas in Electronic Isolation Industrial and Transformer Market.
  • ustomer needs and technical requirements
  • etwork experience and understanding of influence, decision making and specifying through the value chain
  • avigation of Codes, Standards and regulations impacting specification and qualification of new materials
  • Develops mid and short-term key account plans for Nomex® paper to meet share, volume and profit objectives.
  • Identify and drive new business opportunities to achieve revenue, profit and growth targets
  • The incumbent will be responsible for providing timely forecasts of particular key accounts through networking with China channel sales team to settle down effective value chain and solid result delivery in transformer market.
  • Works in collaboration with Applications Development, R&D, Technical Service, Operations and other areas within the business to ensure success.
  • Collect market & competitor intelligence to better position Nomex® paper products.
  • Effectively manage the opportunity pipeline to sustainably grow the business over the mid and long term.
  • Align with internal stakeholders to properly leverage regional/global accounts, concerted sales & strategy execution.
  • Responsible for his/her contribution to transformer segment customers satisfaction through clear and consistent communication between the customer and business leadership.
  • The candidate will report to EI China segment sales manager.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

? 8+ years sales and business development experience in transformer or an adjacent industry in China.

? Familiarity with the requirements of evaluating and spec-in materials in electric insolation and transformer industry.

? Team player, strong interpersonal skills are required.

? Ability to travel within China at least 50% of the time, occasional international travel

? Bachelor’s degree in electric and electrical background is preferred

? Fluent in English and Mandarin

Preferred Qualifications:

? Strong consultative and technical selling skills

? Good negotiation skills, ability to work effectively in matrix organizations, internally and externally

? Proven track record of sales success.

? Ability to interact at multiple levels in customer organizations, including senior management

? Proficient in developing business cases and value propositions.

? Demonstrated strategic sales performance, building customer relationships, consulting and business development experience are essential.

? Flexibility, willingness to work in and adapt to a rapidly changing multicultural business environment.

Minimum Computer Skills:

? Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint

? Familiarity with SalesForce or other CRM system is a plus
