职位描述

Key challenges:

     Support Sales manager[PX1] [SD2]  in the sales process by conducting product demos, both online and on-site.

     Participate in trade shows and conventions when required to support the sales team.

     Responsible for working with the sales & marketing teams to identify key use-cases for the target markets of health and sports, creating support sales materials for use throughout the sales cycle.

     Implement new use cases, reports, etc in the Kinduct software platform for the purposes of client demonstrations.

     Help customers through in-person meetings, email, calls, video conference, online presentations and screen-share;

     Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, executive sponsors;

     Responsible for providing technical support and knowledge transfer to clients during any trial or client on-boarding process.

     Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, participating in professional organizations;

     Monitor and analyze customer’s usage of our products and provide input for product development;

     Be the voice of the Kinduct product team in sales conversations, by sharing relevant roadmap information with the prospect so they know what we are building toward.

Requirements

The right candidate will have extensive experience and a strong track record in international business to business technical sales and marketing, while having a strong affinity to software (SaaS) applications and data analytics in sports and/or health sectors by experience or by education.

Written and verbal communication skills and fluent English as well as Mandarin are a must, as is IT literacy. This position requires a highly motivated, self-starting sales support and marketing professional with technical acumen, who is focused on results and can interface and communicate effectively at all levels. Also, we are looking for a professional with:

     Min. 5 years of experience and proven success in B2B sales support and marketing in (high) tech and/or Health;

     Experience with software sales process an, preferably SaaS software or PaaS solutions;

     Master’s degree preferred, related to Health, Biomechanics or a closely related field;

     Knowledge of the health market, patient database management systems and eHealth;

     Knowledge and work experience with sensor applications in health market is a plus;

     Knowledge, understanding and experience with data analytics and business intelligence software such as Tableau or Microsoft BI, as well as Microsoft Excel.

     Knowledge of working with data and databases with the purpose of creating data visualizations.

     The ability to plan and execute on a tight schedule;

     Proactive work attitude to solve problems and looks for opportunities to take on more responsibility;

     Customer centric with a strong focus on results;

     Well organized, disciplined, with a keen eye for detail.

     Analytical, written and oral communication and presentation skills;

     Ability to travel in an assigned region up to 30% of time.

 [SD2]Agreed – although I think this Product Marketing Manager will be mostly accountable for supporting the business development effort, instead of doing specific sales prospecting themselves.
