Job objectives

• Clear positioning of the EOS product (systems and lifecycle services) offering for each key market segment

• Increase of brand awareness in key markets as innovation and technology leader

• Build up market intelligence and support the management to develop the right product offering based on competitive positioning and competitor actions and Customer needs

• Roll out 5 successful market campaigns per year

• Clear positioning and actions in the 4P’s of Marketing (incl. consideration of Social media)

Your Responsibilities

• Together with the Sales team maintain close relationship and establish trustful collaboration with tailored offers and develop sound market intelligence to support discussions with the customer

• Coordinate business intelligence activities. Research market activities and forecast market trend, scan the market for competitive actions and make recommendations for response.

• Develop and roll out a marketing communication plan and be responsible for designing and implementing effective brand image building activities, product promotion communication and sales tools (print materials, videos, success stories, trade shows, tech day, academic seminars, configuration tools, demos and product value propositions, etc.).

• Develop market intelligence, competitor positioning and derive action to position EOS China compared to its competitors (incl. work with HQ and IAM's)

• Online Marketing: Develop and grow Social Media activities for Greater China according the best reach of the key markets, manage EOS China WeChat Account

• Manage specific lead generation campaigns based on Sales Force

• Other tasks assigned by supervisor

Your Background

• Bachelor's degree or above, major in sales ,engineering, marketing or English

• 5+ years related experience in marketing, sales, product marketing or similar role within manufacturing industry.

• Good presentation and communication skill

• Experience either in one of the EOS key customer markets (Aerospace, Medical, Mold&Die, Automotive), or the machine tool business

• Can take initiative and instils confidence in peers and sales personnel

• Proactive with interpersonal skill, able to work under pressure, deliver result & customer focus

• Experience of conducting business in the Greater China Region

• Proficient in English speaking and writing skills

• Willingness to travel
